She is exceptional in her mindfulness and is meticulous in all ways related to real estate. She understands the market and knows how to adjust offers accordingly. Her services to her clients to make their move easier are way over the top, and I do mean over the top. I couldn't secure movers for two months, & Beth dropped in to check on my home and brought in the mail, while also securing the pool service guy, and security camera guy, etc. That was mind blowing, to have someone care so much about my home. She is client-centered and not commission centered. She really keeps on top of your case continuously , and she works with a hardworking team ( loan, title, insurances etc.)She deserved every penny of the commission she earned for my Lakewood Ranch home. So this is where I found Beth Perry of Fine Properties. We flew into Sarasota and looked up agents on Yelp. Once I looked over her reviews, Beth sounded like my kind of agent. We knew what we wanted so Beth sent us listings, set up the showings and helped us find a condo that we fell in love with. I would highly recommend Beth to anyone needing a real estate agent. "I can't say enough great words about Beth and wish I could give her 10 stars. We were looking for a renovated downtown condo with a harbor view and Beth helped tremendously by patiently showing us possibilities (both in person and virtually) before we were ready to buy. This got us familiar with the market so we'd be comfortable enough to make an immediate offer once we were ready and found something perfect. Beth really understood our needs and priorities and in a fast selling market like Sarasota, you can't take long deciding. When we found the apt we loved on a Sunday, she negotiated the price and we were in contract by Tuesday. That said, Beth never pushed us or rushed us and calmly assured us we'd find something wonderful and she was right. She is smart, lovely and very kind.
